Texas Injection Molding LLC is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the quality system across manufacturing operations in Houston. You will define inspection requirements, manage MCPs, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while maintaining robust document control and calibration programs.

You'll drive continuous improvement through data analysis, NCR/CAR actions, and cross-functional leadership, mentoring inspectors and coordinating with Engineering, Sales, and Production to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, preferably injection molding, with quality responsibilities.
• 3+ years leading quality systems such as ISO 9000 or GMP.
• Hands-on proficiency in calibration, audits, document control, and traceability.
• Strong data analysis and SPC experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve a robust QMS aligned to industry standards.
• Define part-specific inspection requirements with customers and engineering; embed into MCPs.
• Liaise between Quality and Engineering; participate in reviews; keep MCPs current.
• Oversee document control for customer drawings and manage ECN revisions.
• Lead calibration system; manage gauges and measurement devices with hands-on proficiency.
• Complete FAI reports and Customer Approval Forms; maintain inventories of FAI parts and samples.
• Set up and maintain inspection documents in IQMS; support production reporting.
• Interpret BOM requirements; prepare Certificates of Compliance.
• Provide leadership for NCR and corrective actions; drive root-cause analysis.
• Develop and track QA metrics for performance improvement across teams.
• Establish and audit ISO systems and maintain certifications.
• Author work instructions and ensure procedures for all processes and tests.
• Develop and train quality inspectors.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and embed quality across the product lifecycle.
• Maintain the quality lab and 5S; ensure a safe, orderly workplace.
• Document procedures, inspection records, and corrective actions for traceability.
