Job summary

You will review projects with Engineering and Sales, define MCPs, maintain document control in IQMS, supervise calibration of gauges, and drive data-driven NCR/CAR actions to prevent recurrence. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing quality and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing quality with responsibility for quality systems.
• 3+ years leading or implementing ISO 9000/ GMP quality systems.
• Hands-on calibration, inspection, testing, traceability, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve a robust QMS aligned to ISO/GMP standards.
• Review new projects with Engineering and Sales; define part-specific inspection requirements and MCPs.
• Act as liaison between Quality and Engineering; ensure MCPs stay current.
• Oversee document control for customer drawings and ECN processes.
• Lead the calibration program; manage gauges/tools/measurement devices.
• Complete First Article Reports and Customer Approval Forms; track samples and NCR/CAR actions.
• Set up and maintain inspection documents in IQMS; reconcile MRB parts and production data.
• Interpret BOMs and ensure Certificates of Compliance are issued as required.
• Provide leadership for NCR/CAR actions with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics across all teams; drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and audit ISO system; maintain internal procedures and training materials.
• Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors through coaching and guidance.
