Job summary

Texas Injection Molding LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to define, deploy and sustain the company’s QMS, aiming for zero defects on shipped products. You will manage inspections, calibration systems and IC documentation, while guiding a team of quality inspectors.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO standards, SPC, and process improvement, with collaboration across engineering, production and sales to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing QA, preferably injection molding.
• 3+ years leading ISO 9000 or GMP quality-system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust QMS aligned with industry standards.
• Review new projects to establish inspection requirements.
• Lead documentation control of MCPs and ISO records.
• Manage calibration system and gauges.
• Drive RCAs, CAPAs and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor quality inspectors.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production and Sales.
