Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to manage document control, training, and quality systems at our Brookville facility. You will oversee plant document control, training programs, and the corrective action database while supporting audits and regulatory compliance.

This role requires English proficiency, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong computer skills with JDE, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing and lifting.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills using JDE, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable software
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage plant document control
• Manage plant training program
• Training of employees on quality systems or documents as needed
• Manage pest control program
• Manage audit and inspections
• Manage corrective action database
• Assist with customer complaint initial responses.
• Trained internal auditor
• Participation in customer audits
• Participate in root cause / QRQC events
• Assist with custom Certificates of Conformance
• Support mock drills and other testing
• Manage Support regulatory requests
• Complete customer surveys
• Back up Quality Supervisor as needed
• Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
• Perform other duties as required.
