Job summary

Amcor is seeking an ISO/SQFP Representative to lead quality assurance initiatives at our Pittston plant. You will drive ISO and SQF compliance, oversee internal audits, and coordinate with regulators to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in QA, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance.
• Regularly required to sit, stand or walk for long periods; use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms.
• Good computer skills required.
• Great communication skills—verbal and written; must effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Independent in working effectively with little supervision; self-starter; able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure only quality product released to customer.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization and provide trainings.
• Coordinate and schedule management review meetings.
• Facilitate plant quality internal audit programs and follow up on findings.
• Liaise with Regulatory Auditors for ISO 9001 and SQF certifications.
• Direct plant activities to ensure ISO and SQF compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive development and maintenance of the plant's Food packaging Safety Programs including SQF System.
• Follow Safety & Quality Absolutes and all regulatory laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by QA Manager.
