Job summary

Amcor seeks a Quality Systems Coordinator to manage document control, training programs, and other quality systems at our facility. You will support audits, corrective actions, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with ISO, SQF and regulatory requirements.

The role requires leading compliance initiatives, coordinating training, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing and lifting.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills using JDE, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable software
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage plant document control.
• Manage plant training program.
• Training of employees on quality systems or documents as needed.
• Manage pest control program.
• Manage audit and inspections.
• Manage corrective action database.
• Assist with customer complaint initial responses.
• Participation in customer audits.
• Participate in root cause / QRQC events.
• Assist with custom Certificates of Conformance.
• Support mock drills and other testing.
• Manage Support regulatory requests.
• Complete customer surveys.
• Back up Quality Supervisor as needed.
