Job summary

Total Security Solutions seeks a first-ever Quality Manager to build and scale an ISO 9000-compliant quality system across all facilities. You will drive proactive quality controls, CAPA, and KPI reporting while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.

You will own the QMS from scratch, implement standardized policies, and collaborate with executives to translate data trends into actionable risk reports. A hands-on, proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality management, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience in building materials, architectural systems, or safety/security industries is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ISO-based systems and NPD processes (PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ISO 9000-compliant QMS from scratch with standardized policies and audits.
• Embed quality tools across the organization and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee testing programs for materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet standards.
• Own product lifecycle quality, root-cause analyses, CAPA, and issue tracking.
