Job summary

Insight Global partner seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to build, strengthen, and mature a world-class Quality Management System, bridging floor-level discipline with digital quality platforms and supporting ISO 9001 certification efforts.

You will create SOPs, procedures, documentation, and workflows, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to raise product quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
5+ years in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality in a manufacturing environment.
Experience building or significantly improving a Quality Management System.
Hands-on SOPs, procedures, work instructions, process maps, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

Build, implement, and mature a Quality Management System across the organization.
Lead or support ISO 9001 certification audits and surveillance activities.
Develop SOPs, workflows, and business processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Maintenance, and Leadership to establish sustainable quality processes.
