Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager with a manufacturing background to drive quality standards and continuous improvement across our operations. You will collaborate with production, engineering and operations to improve product quality and ensure processes meet customer and business requirements.

You will lead the Quality Management System, investigate defects, implement corrective actions, monitor KPIs and support internal audits to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Manager with a manufacturing background to drive quality standards and continuous improvement across our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance, quality control or quality engineering who is ready to step into a management role or develop their existing experience.

Working closely with production, engineering and operations teams, you will help improve product quality, reduce defects and ensure processes meet customer and business requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a quality-focused role.
• Understanding of quality systems, processes and continuous improvement.
• Experience investigating defects and implementing corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• A practical, hands‑on approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards would be advantageous.
