Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quality role with 2+ years as a Quality Manager.
• Experience in an electromechanical product assembly environment.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager or similar credentials is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Continue to develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS across all global departments.
• Lead ISO audits and support global compliance initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, ensuring strict adherence to EHS and radiation safety standards.
• Champion Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and monitor RMA and MRB activities.
• Establish KPIs, analyze quality data trends, and present reports during quarterly business reviews.
• Conduct supplier audits and build performance scorecards.
• Serve as the primary contact for quality concerns, resolving issues swiftly to maintain strong relationships.
• Train employees on quality principles to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
