Job summary

EOS Energy Enterprises is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QC Technician team in a manufacturing setting. You will plan, schedule, and review daily activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely production.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Kaizen familiarity, and the ability to read blueprints and measurement devices. A high school diploma is required; degrees in business or manufacturing preferred, with 5 years in manufacturing and supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or trade‑school preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality and manufacturing metrics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Technician team, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Mentor and motivate team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate with management on production, quality, environmental or safety issues.
• Improve team efficiency; lead continuous improvement projects.
• Perform hands‑on QC duties as needed.
• Read measuring devices, blueprints, and test procedures.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment and adherence to policies.
• Possess strong documentation and reporting of metrics.
