Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QC Technician team, schedule activities, and drive production quality and safety. You will own quality output, coordinate with manufacturing and quality engineers to implement new processes, mentor staff, and measure performance.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in manufacturing quality, with supervisory experience; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality, with supervisory experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Technician team, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain and improve team efficiency; implement continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate quality output; communicate issues to management.
• Read measuring devices, blueprints, and test procedures accurately.
• Support hands-on QC duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
