Job summary

TransPak Inc. seeks a Quality Supervisor in Trumbull, CT to lead the QC team and ensure robust quality control and assurance across manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process improvement, data collection, CAPA, and feedback to management.

It requires senior-level oversight of inspections and cooperation with multiple departments to uphold QBMS standards. The candidate will report to the Quality Manager or Operations Manager and is expected to maintain on-site attendance and drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing processes.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal; Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• supervise QC team daily and oversee inspection records and testing requirements.
• Provide feedback to management and other departments on quality risks and improvements.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with standards.
