Job summary

Truvant is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QA/QC function across the plant and serve as a key quality partner to both our internal operations team and a major customer with an on‑site presence at our facility.

You will oversee day‑to‑day quality operations, drive audits, and ensure products meet customer and company requirements, while guiding a team and coordinating with Production for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience
• 5+ years quality experience
• Two years manufacturing experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience/certification in Lean Six‑sigma preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day quality function across the plant
• Maintain quality audit procedures and documentation
• Work with Production to resolve quality issues
• Supervise quality staff on all shifts
• Collaborate with customers on quality issues and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, USDA and safety policies
