Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and internal auditing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, including supervising and mentoring a team of quality professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Manage and facilitate internal and external quality audits.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for production staff.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
