Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Coopersville manufacturers to fill a Quality Manager role in Coopersville, MI. This position focuses on developing and maintaining the QMS, leading audits, and driving improvement across processes to meet customer and regulatory standards.

With 7+ years in manufacturing QA/QC and strong ISO 9001, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma experience, you will lead QA teams and collaborate with suppliers to ensure top product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing quality teams.

• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
