AUTOKINITON is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Manager to join our Plymouth, MI team. This full-time role oversees QA inspections, leads the quality team, and coordinates with engineering and production to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a manufacturing/quality field, at least five years in quality with two years in management, and strong English, math, and communication skills. Located at Plymouth facility with comprehensive benefits.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in inspecting and testing assemblies and parts.
• Reviews QA instructions, specs, and production schedules to determine inspection methods.
• Directs workers in QA inspection to meet standards.
• Mentors and provides leadership to direct reports; provides coaching and actions when needed.
• Assist in root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions.
• Produce and report on quality documentation; review data for release.
