Job summary

Sherpa is seeking a Quality Engineer in Tulsa, OK to guide plant-level Quality Inspectors and ensure product quality and process integrity. You will review design plans, procedures, and quality manuals, work with developers and project managers, and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review design plans, processes, tests, and quality manuals to understand scope and product function.
• Ensure products meet the organization’s and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
• Support product development or operations teams by providing analysis during inspection.
• Identify root causes of problems in production and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and mitigate defects.
• Maintain the site’s ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
