Job summary

Swep in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Quality Supervisor to directly supervise quality technicians and inspectors and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance. You will lead CAPA, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with SQE, and monitor KPIs while driving improvements across value streams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing, knowledge of SPC, ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and strong English communication. Hands-on leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and SPC tools
• Root cause analysis (5 Whys, BD) and CAPA leadership
• Experience supervising manufacturing quality staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality technicians and inspectors
• Lead NCMR and CAPA processes and ensure timely corrective actions
• Coordinate with SQE and track supplier performance
• Monitor KPIs, scrap and rework rates; drive process improvements
• Support ISO 9001 audits and maintain documentation
• Provide training and guidance on safe work practices
