Job summary

Chart, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead inspection efforts from receipt of materials through final test and customer acceptance, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO and supplier programs.

You will establish systems to ensure thorough testing and manage nonconformities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 8–10 years in quality with 2 years supervising, supplier quality experience, and familiarity with ASME Sections II, V, VIII, IX and AWS D-1.1.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years relevant experience in quality assurance/quality control.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• 2 years supplier quality experience.
• Familiarity with ASME Sections II, V, VIII and IX and AWS D-1.1.

Responsibilities

• Directs inspection of the entire fabrication process to verify compliance with customer specifications, company and industry standards.
• Maintains product traceability and documentation for corrective actions.
• Generates Nonconformity Reports and Corrective Action Reports when issues arise.
• Inspects work of subcontractors to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Performs internal and external audits for ASME, ISO and supplier programs.
