Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION is seeking a seasoned Quality Control leader in Horsham, PA to manage day-to-day quality control activities and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee inspection and testing of products, develop standards, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.

The role requires a strong background in quality systems, 4+ years of supervisory experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills to lead audits, training, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 8-10 years of experience
• At least 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Windows operating system
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Internal expert/resource on all quality and safety systems implemented
• Oversee all quality & safety audits, maintain records, coordinate responses to findings
• Quality representative for contract review process
• Maintain, monitor, and report on performance against Quality Objectives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and post Form 300/300A as required
