Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior relevant experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work with mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the quality and performance of Company products from receipt of raw materials to final test and customer acceptance.
• Inspect the entire fabrication process to assure compliance with customer specifications, company and industry standards.
• Coordinate outside customer inspections and communicate hold points.
• Prepare Nonconformity Reports when a problem is detected in production.
• Monitor welding and nondestructive testing processes and review test results and mill test reports.
