Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Supervisor to own plant quality, implement policies and mentor staff. You will drive continuous improvements, coordinate lab activities, and ensure adherence to procedures across the production floor.

Responsibilities include leading the quality team, coordinating training, and supporting production scheduling, MRB, and audits. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of production experience.
• Experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and techniques.
• Strong problem solving and familiarity with basic quality tools (SPC, Root Cause, Auditing).
• Ability to understand and apply work planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the quality team responsible for monitoring floor quality, processes, and documentation.
• Orient, train and develop team members in work instructions and production standards.
• Perform supervisory and HR functions (attendance, evaluations, counseling).
• Assist in production scheduling, material flow, and equipment maintenance as it relates to quality.
• Monitor quality audits, safety reports, and processes to determine causes and implement corrections.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships within the quality and plant teams.
• Assign work and special projects to develop experience and flexibility.
• Requisition resources and expedite as required.
• Contribute to overall goals with related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as determined by production and business needs.
