Job summary

Cornerstone Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor for our growing manufacturing operations in California. You will lead a team of quality inspectors and own the quality process from receiving through final audit, ensuring strict adherence to AS9100/ISO standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching and continuous improvement. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering and operations to elevate quality performance and drive CAPA and process

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of quality teams in manufacturing
• Experience driving quality improvements and CAPA
• Strong understanding of inspection, metrology and quality systems
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 / ISO/IEC 17024 is preferred
• Experience with SPC, MRB, calibration processes
• Background in aerospace, medical device, precision or regulated manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to meet ITAR requirements

We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join a rapidly growing manufacturing organization supporting the aerospace, medical device, semiconductor and other highly engineered industries.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving quality processes and being involved directly with manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of quality inspection professionals
• Oversee quality activities from receiving inspection through final shipping audit
• Support MRB, calibration, inspection and quality system activities
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operations
• Improve quality performance, accountability and team development
• Help build and strengthen quality processes as the organization continues to grow

What We're Looking For

• Previous Quality Supervisor or quality leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong people leadership, coaching and employee development skills
• Experience with inspection, metrology and manufacturing quality systems
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 / ISO/IEC 17024
• Experience with SPC, MRB and calibration processes
• Aerospace, medical device, precision manufacturing or another regulated manufacturing background is highly transferable
• Ability to meet applicable ITAR requirements
