  • Maintain Quality Control activities in compliance with customer, internal, Aerospace, Military, AS/ISO, and regulatory requirements, ensuring traceability and adherence to control plans.
  • Execute and support internal audits, inspections, and corrective actions as directed, ensuring readiness for customer and third‑party audits.
  • Interface daily with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other peer departments to resolve technical issues, align priorities, and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Apply and reinforce established quality processes, inspection methods, and technologies to ensure consistent execution and data accuracy.
  • Follow control plans and standard work to support end‑to‑end quality execution across incoming, in‑process, and final inspection activities.
  • Support supplier and customer quality activities by executing inspection requirements, supporting containment actions, and providing timely feedback and documentation.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus through responsive execution, timely communication of inspection results, and adherence to commitments.
  • Serve as a hands‑on inspection expert, ensuring proper use, calibration, and application of precision hand tools, CMM, and optical measurement equipment.
  • Execute root cause analysis and corrective actions for daily quality issues within defined authority, escalating systemic issues as appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring execution gaps, recommending practical improvements, and reinforcing standard work within the team.
