Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee first-article and incoming inspections, log nonconforming records, and manage RMAs with suppliers. You will drive continuous improvement, participate in internal audits, and maintain QMS documentation to ensure product quality across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Electronics, or Operations field preferred.
• 1-3 years in an ISO-certified manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a strong team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform First-Article and incoming inspections and log records.
• Issue and resolve RMAs and monitor trends in quality metrics.
• Manage non-conforming material transactions and vendor feedback.
• Lead and participate in internal audits and maintain QMS documentation.
• Assist with corrective actions including root cause analysis and closure.
• Report quality issues to management and support CCB/ECR/ECO processes.
• Perform data analysis related to quality metrics and objectives.
