Job summary

Alliance Compressors LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor at our Natchitoches, LA location. You will lead the Return Material Auditor lab and document control, manage supplier quality processes, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001-2015 standards.

This role involves overseeing quality procedures, prioritizing work assignments, and documenting non-conformances while supporting assembly manufacturing operations. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in production are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Legal work authorization in the United States – no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality procedures, specifications and testing standards.
• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments to quality assurance staff.
• Track and report on cost of quality and drive improvement programs.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
• Develop and maintain internal audit schedule and documentation.
• Facilitate internal and third-party audits.
• Monitor assembly quality processes and maintain records.
• Report on supplier quality and KPI compliance.
