Job summary

Alliance Compressors LLC, a global HVACR leader, seeks a Quality Engineering Leader - Machining to oversee measurement equipment, analyze process performance, and drive quality improvements. You will coordinate new product development activities and lead a potential quality support team.

Travel up to 10% is required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a mechanical/engineering field and machining experience, with preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, production, manufacturing engineering, or engineering technology with 3 years of machining experience.
• Travel up to 10% for corporate training or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade complex automated measurement equipment.
• Participate in Lean daily meetings and support quality initiatives.
• Implement level 2 and 3 quality standards affecting product quality.
• Perform root-cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Support containment and corrective actions for internal customer issues.
