Job summary

Technipaq, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee production quality personnel and processes in our facilities. The role ensures proper procedures, staffing, and training, while coordinating quality inspections and enforcing ISO 13485 standards.

The position operates with minimal supervision and provides backup support to the QA Manager. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of QA Lab Supervisor experience in ISO 13485, plus strong MS Office and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of QA Lab Supervisor experience in an ISO 13485 environment.
• Experience in flexible packaging industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ERP experience is a plus and SPC software experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in ISO 13485.
• Good organizational skills and ability to communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of production quality personnel and processes, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Manage shift staffing, training, and on-time completion of tasks.
• Coordinate supervision of quality inspection personnel.
• Act as primary driver for ISO 13485/ISO 13845 standards enforcement.
• Operate under minimal supervision and back up QA Manager functions as needed.
