Job summary

Technology Resource Group, LLC is seeking an ISO 9001 Quality Supervisor to lead 1st shift quality operations at our Niles, IL manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role requires direct ISO 9001 Quality Management experience to drive inspection discipline, CAPA, and scrap reduction.

The ideal candidate will supervise the quality team on the production floor, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and partner with Production leadership to prevent quality issues and promote a culture of doing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ISO 9001 Quality Management experience.
• 3–5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising quality personnel.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, including operational control, nonconforming product, and corrective action.
• Experience performing or participating in internal audits.
• Strong root cause analysis capability (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Proven ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and inspection discipline.
• Maintain and execute ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements at the facility level.
• Oversee setup, incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications and ISO standards.
• Ensure strict control and documentation of nonconforming products.
• Lead structured root cause investigations and drive CAPA implementation.
• Monitor scrap, rework, and first-pass yield performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production leadership to proactively prevent quality issues.
• Promote a 'Do It Right the First Time' culture across 1st shift operations.
