Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Supervisor Quality at the Red Hill plant to oversee the Quality Improvement Program and maintain the plant's quality plan. You will collaborate with regional teams to ensure best practices are implemented across operations.

In this role you will lead teams, perform RCA, manage change and training, and address customer complaints to drive continual improvement. A Bachelor's degree and English fluency are required, with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Self-starter able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in the local language and written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed.
• Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and quality.
• Conduct process control audits, process improvement projects and any other projects, which contribute to the Continuous Improvement program.
• Investigate customer complaints and other non-conformances; perform RCA and issue reports and recommendations for preventative action.
