Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a QA Engineer II to support and improve Compliance and Quality Assurance processes across the region, auditing suppliers and contract manufacturers, and investigating consumer complaints and non-conformances. You will assist the QAManager/Director and help drive site improvements in the QA function.

The role requires a technical background with 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with FDA-regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other relevant technical degree.
• 3–5 years in a technical position in a food/dietary supplement or Pharma manufacturer.
• At least 1 year testing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab/GraphPad.
• HACCP, PCQI, Auditing certifications preferred.
• Experience in FDA regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external QA audits and manage remediation.
• Provide QA leadership updates on site risk assessments and environmental evaluations.
• Improve Quality Management Systems across sites.
• Investigate consumer complaints and non-conformances.
• Support validation activities to meet business needs.
• Analyze data and report findings.
• Support regional QA operations.
