Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday–Friday). The role oversees zone operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency.

The supervisor coaches staff, trains on processes, certifies workstation progression, and monitors attendance and safety practices. The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related supervisory experience, with strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BS degree required or equivalent.
• Three to five years related supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within assigned zone, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and production efficiency meet standards.
• Coach and assist employees with problem-solving and personal issues, and train staff on processes and tasks.
• Certify team members on workstations and monitor attendance and conduct as per handbook.
• Ensure on-time delivery and production reporting; lead toolbox talks daily.
