Job summary

Jabil seeks a Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection to lead a team of inspectors and DHR staff onsite. You will ensure QA processes align with regulatory requirements and support production cells and supplier quality across the site.

Role focuses on staff development, performance management, and continuous improvement in quality metrics. 2nd shift and onsite work are part of the role, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science, Engineering, or Physical Science preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in Medical Device environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and administers Inspectors and DHR employees and related staff.
• Lead quality projects including process qualification and product implementation.
• Investigate non-conformances and help implement corrective actions.
• Manage performance and development of team; set measurable goals.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain QMS compliance.
