Job summary

Hawkins Inc is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee the Quality staff at designated locations, providing leadership, development, and cross-functional support while ensuring regulatory and certification compliance. The role includes supervising batch/cleaning records, facilitating third-party testing, maintaining QA programs, and leading internal and external audits.

A Bachelor's in science and 5+ years in regulated manufacturing are preferred; strong analytical and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, SQF, FAMI-QS, IPEC, GMP, cGMP).
• Experience with inspections, auditing, CAPA, nonconformance and product investigations, change control, document control, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Quality team for location(s).
• Review batch records and related production documentation; perform line clearances and trend analyses.
• Facilitate third-party testing of materials and products.
• Ensure laboratories comply with all policies and regulations.
• Manage product safety programs and certifications at the site.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation and SOPs; conduct internal audits and follow up on improvements.
• Support customer and regulatory audits and CAPA activities.
