Job summary

Hawkins Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee the Quality staff at the site, ensuring regulatory and certification requirements are met. You will lead a team, review records, and coordinate cross-functional support to maintain product safety and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a scientific discipline or equivalent, plus 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing setting, with strong auditing, CAPA, and documentation skills. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five-year experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, SQF, FAMI-QS, IPEC, GMP, cGMP).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodology.
• Experience with inspections, auditing, CAPA, nonconformance and product investigations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality team and develop staff for location.
• Review batch records and perform trend analysis.
• Facilitate third-party product testing on materials and products.
• Ensure laboratory compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage disposition for raw, in-process, finished goods and materials.
• Lead quality programs and site-specific projects.
• Write and review SOPs and QA documentation.
• Conduct internal facility audits and follow-up improvements.
• Support customer/regulatory audits and CAPA actions.
• Investigate product safety incidents and drive corrective actions.
