Job summary
Cornerstone Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor for our growing manufacturing operations in California. You will lead a team of quality inspectors and own the quality process from receiving through final audit, ensuring strict adherence to AS9100/ISO standards.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching and continuous improvement. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering and operations to elevate quality performance and drive CAPA and process
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of quality teams in manufacturing
- Experience driving quality improvements and CAPA
- Strong understanding of inspection, metrology and quality systems
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 / ISO/IEC 17024 is preferred
- Experience with SPC, MRB, calibration processes
- Background in aerospace, medical device, precision or regulated manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to meet ITAR requirements

- Oversee quality activities from receiving to final shipping audit
- Support MRB, calibration, inspection and quality system activities
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and operations
