Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of education (Associate's Degree); 4 years preferred (Bachelor's Degree).
• General knowledge of computer communication systems (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hourly team activities to meet production schedules.
• Communicate shop floor problems/defects to personnel responsible for corrective action.
• Establish and adjust resources to meet production schedules.
• Analyze and resolve problems or assist in finding solutions to problems.
• Inspect products to ensure adherence to conformance specifications.
• Ensure general machine maintenance and product quality.
• Initiate action to reduce and prevent product nonconformance occurrences.
• Partner with Team Lead to ensure proper labor planning and rotation schedule.
