Job summary

Carpenter Technology Corporation's Dynamet Washington, PA facility seeks a Specialist II - Quality to support process and product quality improvements, establish CTQs, KPIs, control plans, and FMEA, and reduce defects. You will participate in SPC and MSA, apply statistical methods, and work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Experience with quality systems, SPC, and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to implement CTQ, KCC, and FMEA with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recommend improvements in process and product quality to increase FTT.
• Support CTQ, KCC, control plans and FMEA; apply SPC and MSA.
• Detect and solve quality issues; participate in cross-functional teams.
