Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on straightforward assignments with coaching on complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recommend improvements in process and product quality to increase First Time Through (FTT).
• Support the establishment of Critical to Quality measures (CTQ) and control plans.
• Increase customer satisfaction by reducing claims and deviations from standard work.
