Job summary

Servco Leeward is seeking a Quality Specialist to perform comprehensive detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles. You will prep and inspect vehicles, wash exteriors, degrease engines, and ensure interior cleanliness to meet company standards.

The role requires two years of detailing experience, a clean DMV record, and a safety-focused, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. Duties include transporting vehicles between processing centers and ports as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years auto detailing experience with buffer, carpet extractor, pressure washer, and orbital.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with waxes, solvents, clay bar, and other cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission for various vehicle sizes.
• Quality focused with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety conscious.

• Degreases engines by power washing.
• Removes plastic covers.
• Cleans windows including removing tags.
• Applies polish / wax or sealant to exterior of vehicle to the company standard.
• Cleans and preps interior of vehicle including upholstery, rugs, floor mats, and other surfaces within the vehicle using a vacuum, cleaning agents, applicators, and extraction machines.
• May also include application of a protectants for car upholstery.
• Preps wheels and tires.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
• Inspects quality of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Shuttles vehicles from Servco’s Vehicle Processing Center and ports (Matson, PASHA).
