Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Quality Manager to drive quality services and support for new and incremental packaging business. You will liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure the Quality Program runs efficiently and to maintain ISO 9001 standards.

The role requires a technical degree and at least five years in Quality Management, with strong communication skills and the ability to train staff. Hybrid work setup with travel ~30% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• Five+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Berlin sales to expand opportunities using Quality Service Division offerings.
• Provide quality consulting services to customers and suppliers.
• Lead corrective actions and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Train staff on quality processes and QMS documents.
