Job summary

Your Talent Source, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a data-driven Quality Manager to lead both people and systems at a corporate level. The role requires coaching and development of a 10-person team and deep engagement with customers, suppliers, and operations.

The ideal candidate brings ISO 9001 familiarity, strong statistical skills, and a proven track record in quality systems and continuous improvement in packaging or labels. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team and systems with coaching and development.
• Servant leadership mindset focused on customer service.
• Packaging or Labels industry experience.
• Experience with Customers, Suppliers & Operations.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action methodology.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team; implement and maintain quality controls to meet customer requirements.
• Review and improve the quality program in line with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Lead the Quality team including Engineers, Analysts and Technicians.
• Perform statistical analysis to drive decisions and priorities.
• Lead problem-solving using Root Cause Corrective Action methodology.
• Conduct internal quality audits, monitor data trends, identify risk and efficiency opportunities.
• Travel to customers and suppliers as needed (10%).
• Lead internal training on quality standards and expectations.
• Report directly to the Technical Director.
