Job summary

The Quality Leader will oversee quality management systems and regulatory compliance for all manufacturing sites within the country, driving policy implementation and continuous improvement. This role ensures operations meet corporate quality objectives and customer requirements.

With 5+ years in quality management, you will lead audits, risk management, and training across sites, while aligning with ISO, FDA/EMA expectations and internal policies, including the potential for remote work where

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quality management and regulatory compliance experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Lead and ensure site compliance with quality systems and policies.
  • QUALITY SYSTEMS OVERSIGHT: Develop and maintain site-specific quality systems aligned with standards.
  • REGULATORY AUDITS & INSPECTIONS: Coordinate internal and external audits by regulatory bodies.
  • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Provide training on quality management and compliance.
  • COMPLIANCE REPORTING: Prepare reports to senior management with action plans.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Identify and manage quality and compliance risks at sites.

QUALITY LEADER
Job Purpose:

The Quality Leader is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the adherence to quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards across all manufacturing sites within the assigned country. This role leads the development and implementation of site-specific quality policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that all operations align with corporate quality objectives, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management and regulatory compliance within manufacturing or similar industries; Proven expertise in managing site-specific quality systems, regulatory audits, and compliance programs across multiple locations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT Lead and ensure the compliance of manufacturing sites within the country to quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • QUALITY SYSTEMS OVERSIGHT Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific quality systems and ensure they are aligned with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • REGULATORY AUDITS & INSPECTIONS Coordinate and lead regulatory audits, including internal audits and external inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO certifications).
  • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Provide training and mentoring to site teams on quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
  • COMPLIANCE REPORTING Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting areas of concern, audit results, compliance status, and action plans for continuous improvement.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT Lead and oversee risk management activities to identify potential compliance and quality risks at the site level.
