Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a QA Supervisor to act as the Shift Quality Leader, supervising QA Auditors and driving quality across the plant. You will ensure products meet drawings, specs, and customer requirements, conducting inspections and enforcing acceptance criteria.

The role emphasizes containment of nonconforming material, adherence to QMS, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Production to promote a culture of quality ownership on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field plus 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Or 7+ years in quality assurance/quality control with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Quality Leader for the assigned shift and plant.
• Directly supervise QA Auditors and coordinate inspection activities across production operations.
• Assign inspection resources based on production priorities and customer requirements.
• Provide quality leadership during shift start-up, tier meetings, and escalation reviews.
• Lead containment activities and coordinate disposition of nonconforming materials.
