Responsibilities

• Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors
• Validate inspectors are prepared with tools and supplies for each work order
• Conduct multiple validations per inspector per shift
• Perform data entry and timekeeping for team
• Complete a pass-down report and provide customer with data reports
• Maintain PPE compliance and site safety
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback
• Communicate with leaders and escalate customer concerns
• Identify inspectors with career advancement potential
• Uphold ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement
