Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to supervise inspection teams, set up projects, and train inspectors on procedures. The role requires critical attention to part quality, safety compliance, and proactive communication with customers and site contacts.

The candidate should have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and be willing to travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
