Responsibilities

• Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors, ensuring effective coordination and adherence to quality standards.
• Validate Inspectors are prepared with tools and supplies for each Work Order.
• Conduct validations per Inspector per shift to ensure adherence to instructions.
• Prepare and submit pass-down reports and data reports at shift end.
• Maintain transparent, honest communication with the team on PPE, safety, scheduling, and break procedures.
