Responsibilities

• Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors, ensuring coordination, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
• Validate inspectors are prepared with tools, equipment and supplies for each work order.
• Conduct validations per inspector per shift to ensure adherence to instructions.
• Perform data entry and timekeeping for the team with accuracy.
• Prepare a pass-down report and provide the customer with a data report at the end of each shift.
• Maintain transparent and honest communication with team members about PPE, safety, sign-in/out, scheduling, and breaks.
• Demonstrate 100% compliance with customer PPE rules.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide feedback and address improvements.
• Keep leadership updated on quality performance and escalate customer concerns.
