Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on meeting quality standards and safety requirements while coaching staff and communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors or similar teams is desirable.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
